Ladies, the chances of building masculine muscle mass is slim

I know how I felt when I first started. The least amount of muscle and I went into hysterics. So, what kept me at it?

I seen the results of two friends. They lift weights like you wouldn't believe and they are slim, tone, and still very feminine in appearance. Matter of fact, one friend is trying to build a bit more muscle and has been unsuccessful.

You see, a woman doesn't have enough male hormones to build bulky, masculine muscles. The women that do are probably on something. And you have to eat lots of protein, too.

So stop stressing over it and lift the darn weights. You'll be surprised how much faster the weight falls off--well actually, the weight will go up because muscle weighs more. You'll have to break out the flexible measuring tape to keep up your motivation. You'll lose inches really fast.

I measure myself every two weeks, this helps me tailor my workouts. I am always happy with the results.

Just to be clear, I do mostly bodyweight exercises with HIIT combined. I like to get my cardio and strength training all-in-one. It takes about 15-30 minutes per morning, and my results are amazing! I just don't have time to do an hour of weight lifting and an hour of cardio.

If you want an amazingly toned body, like the picture below, you really need to lift the weights or do bodyweight routines.

Or, you could just be skinny fat!
