Fat Weight Loss in Minutes A Day

Effective fat loss in less time.

Many hours of research and putting the methods to the test has revealed a most effective means of getting results and working out less.

HIIT, or high intensity interval training, could be a way of breaking through a plateau. But when combined with cardio and bodyweight training it has proven to be more effective in rapid fat loss, lean toned muscle gains, and optimum energy levels while following a healthy diet.

While I was searching on the internet for various bodyweight exercises, I came across one of the best websites I've ever seen. The approach is much like You Are Your Own Gym by Mark Lauren and Joshua Clark.

Zuzana and Frederick, a couple residing in Canada, have put together a complete and concise directory of how to workout and eat for fat loss. And, if you have any questions, there is a comments section at the end of every workout.

Each workout is posted with pictures and explanations of each exercise. But I think the success of this website comes from the added video of each workout. Frederick mans the camera while Zuzana gives complete details and demonstrations on how to perform each workout.

Motivation is another perk to this workout website. After watching Zuzana in action, it isn't hard to muster up the motivation to get started and stay on track. Plus, there are articles on how to stay motivated, as well as many other articles related to getting the results you want.

I call their website my workout bible. It has everything I need to get started and reach my goals. I no longer scan the web for single exercises or nutrition information.

If you're new to working out, she gives alternative workouts and modified exercise demonstrations to help you along.

I broke a six-week plateau in the first week of following her routines.

But, I must warn you, these workouts are intense. They are meant to be intense because they are short, anywhere from 12-30 minutes in length. Don't be surprised, even if you are fit and workout regularly, if you can't make it through an entire workout.

Push yourself, and you will experience real results. The best part is, it's free.

So, what have you got to lose? A few inches? A few pant sizes or more?

Go on and give it a try.

Zuzana and Frederick's Website

Currently, Freddy and Zuzana are having trouble with their website. I read in one of their articles that they were doing a website overhaul, so trouble is to be expected.

It won't be too long before they are up and running, I'm sure. But until then, Zuzana has a blog up that you can follow.

This is an interesting hub and I have wrote an article several months ago about intense exercise taking less time and is as effective as several longer sessions each week. I'll look at the website. Thanks for some good information.

Awesome stuff. Exercise definitely works better with a healthy diet.
